Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are currently embroiled in a very public back and forth about their children they have exchanging blows online. Federline posted footage of her yelling at her kids after he had just given an interview to ITV saying her kids hadn’t seen her in months and weren’t interested in going to her wedding. Her attorney Mathew Rosengart was not amused by this latest stunt trying to expose her as a bad mother and is threatening legal action claiming this is cyber-bullying.
Posting private footage of Britney Spears disciplining her children “violated the privacy and the dignity of the mother of his children,” Rosengart wrote in his statement. He went on to say that he should be trying to protect the privacy of his children instead of undermining them. He said that he demeaned himself and opened himself up to multiple legal vunerabilities.
Mind you, Spears said that the kids were “hateful” and called K-Fed’s house a “marijuana den.” And since starting on this post, Federline has deleted his social media posts of Spears. But we’re sure that isn’t going to stop Spears’ legal team from going after him just the same because the media fallout is all the proof of damage needed to go into court.
