Britney Spears is finally getting a win in this almost 15 year c purgatory she’s been in all these years. Her pick to represent her in her conservatorship case has agreed to represent her. Attorney Mathew Rosengart according to Page Six will be her new representation.

“Britney has had multiple conversations with Mathew in recent days,” a source told Page Six Tuesday. “She was concerned about what was going to happen after [Samuel D. Ingham III] resigned as her lawyer, but Mathew has assured her that she will be in good hands if the judge appoints him.

“He has been keeping close tabs on her case for a while now and felt that her testimony last month was very compelling. He’ll be in court tomorrow.” The former prosecutor has the A-list clients of Ben Affleck, Steven Spielberg and Sean Penn under his belt.

Her past representation since 2008, Ingham resigned after her 24 minute bombshell testimony about her treatment and how she wasn’t even aware she “could petition [for] the conservatorship to end,” professing, “I honestly didn’t know that.” TMZ sources said he was “extremely upset” about the accusation.
