Britney Spears was seen out yesterday in L.A. on a Starbucks run with her kids which is a good thing because it shows her out smiling, being normal and happy… nothing like the infamous Starbucks runs she did about 12 years ago where she would get banned from Starbucks by being chased by 40 paparazzi going to the bathroom. She was driven by Security this time. We also stated that one of the events that contributed to her recent hospitalization was being seen out driving on her own because she wasn’t allowed to do so or deemed well enough. The trip also comes at a time that the father of her children, Keven Federline not wanting Britney to see her children in her current state or at least not until she gets better.
“Britney’s immediate concern has been in having increased visitation time with her boys,” a source close to the situated stated. “Kevin won’t allow the boys to spend more time with their mother until Britney is once again stable and therapeutic on medication. He allows the boys to spend time with Britney, but it’s at his discretion.” Their current custody agreement includes the two exchanging the kids every 3 days but he’s been taking care of them months now leading up to her hospitalization.

It also was reported that Britney’s manager Larry Rudolph felt that she may never perform again. Immediately that day she posted a video of her dancing as if to say she wasn’t done just yet. Her former manager and ex-boyfriend, Sam Lufti, who she just got a restraining order said he feels she’s getting closer to having her conservatorship ended. This is a good thing because she’s periodically inquired about this but each time a judge has found a reason to keep it in place.
Brit’s mother, who she’s not had a relationship with for about the last 15 or so years feels she’s in dire straits and appeared in court last Friday to be added as a co-conservator with Brit’s father to oversee her finances and well-being. This of course has a little to do with her disagreeing with how her ex-husband has been handling things over the years. While this may be a good move, inserting bickering exes into the situation might make things worse.
As for any fear of relapsing to what landed her into a conservatorship in the first place, “Britney doesn’t live in fear of repeating what happened in 2007 and 2008,” an insider stated. “She’s come such a long way as a performer, as a mother and as a person — and that includes knowing when it’s time to take the necessary steps to seek help.” She does however have a strong boyfriend by her side, model Sam Asghari, who picked her up following her mental health treatment stay that she took a pic with saying she loved him earlier today. We’re going to keep praying for her well-being.
