Lil Durk said last month during the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast that part of the reason he proposed to India Royale was her having a low body count which has been garnering some strong commentary and backlash ever since. Brittany Renner was the latest to express her distaste for what he said during an appearance on the Know For Sure podcast saying, “We gotta go here – [Lil Durk’s] the one that likes that India doesn’t have a lot of bodies, and hasn’t f*cked anybody in the industry, but how many kids you got – Out of wedlock?”
She went on to say “Cause again that’s that thing – I don’t really want to get on the subject but – I didn’t like that. I didn’t like that. You like her because ‘not a lot of industry men have dealt with her.’” And when Megan Brooks pointed out that at least he was being honest, she replied, “I can respect the honesty, can’t respect the hypocrisy – that’s all.”
While what he said by itself seemed like he was debasing their relationship to merely the number of men she had slept with, that’s not all that he said. He also pointed out how she told him he couldn’t be inviting his girl over without any furniture at his crib which inspired him to level up. He said if it weren’t for him he’d still be “thuggin’ it” at his crib as he called it. As for the part where she called him a hypocrite because of the kids he has out of wedlock? Well champ, we can’t help you with that one. She’s got a point there. lol
