It’s been exactly a week since Chris Brown started selling t-shirts saying “This b*tch lying” in response to the woman who claimed he raped her in a Paris hotel that lead to his arrest. It was then reported that the case was closed, but not so according to his accuser.
“These people think they have every right because they’re bling-bling stars,” she said. “I want justice… And I know that in the end, justice will recognize that what I said is true” she was quoted as saying in a Closure Magazine interview. “It’s still too difficult for me to explain in detail what he did,” she said (the interview is in French, so we’re using Google translate), “but it was brutal and violent. He was threatening and aggressive. I was very afraid.”
Her attorney has made a statement about the matter to The Blast as well:
“The departure of [Chris Brown] from France, and the other two people implicated, does not affect the continuation of the police investigation, which will continue despite their physical absence.”
Chris Brown’s lawyer in France, Raphael Chiche stated Chris plans to sue for defamation. He says Chris “vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the Public Prosecutor of Paris.”
While looking into this case, it was hard to overlook the fact that in this same month his attorney showed up in court for him in court in Tampa for being accused of punching a photographer at a nightclub in 2017. He could face up to 5 years in prison if he pleads guilty. Then there’s the monkey he was charged with misdemeanor counts of owning illegally in December. Even when we first heard of his Paris rape case in conversation, our first response was about the woman who claimed she was raped at his house in May 2018, thinking some new revelations came out about that case. Imagine our surprise hearing it was yet another rape case. Then if we were being conspiracy theorists, his baby mother Nia Guzman’s home was burglarized while he was arrested in France. While Chris is crazy, and honestly, what artist isn’t, he isn’t exactly 50 Cent crazy. The jury is still out on whether 50 burned his baby mother’s home down years ago when they were beefing. Chris, you’re talented. Get it together and find better people to hang around. – Signed, people sick of having to read about your sh**.
