Son of former NFL player and Georgia Senate candidate Herschel Walker, Christian Walker has spent Monday evening through Tuesday going off on his father calling him a liar and exposing how much he isn’t a family man. He said instead of taking care of his children he was out sleeping with other women causing them to incessantly move to get away from his violence.

When Herschel denied a Daily Beast report saying he paid for a girlfriend’s abortion, he called him a liar. And his lying would be for good reason given that he has taken a strong anti-abortion stance during his campaign responding to the article on Twitter saying, “This is a flat-out lie — and I deny this in the strongest possible terms.”

His son called his behavior on the campaign trail “atrocious,” adding, “Family values, people? He has four kids, four different women, wasn’t in the house raising one of them. He was out having sex with other women. Do you care about family values?” Then in another video he said, “I was silent, lie, after lie, after lie. The abortion part drops yesterday, it’s literally his handwriting in the card, they say they have receipts, whatever. He gets on Twitter, he lies about it. OK, I’m done. Done. Everything has been a lie.”

Touching on what him and his mother dealt with with Herschel as a father, he tweeted on Monday, “I know my mom and I would really appreciate if my father Herschel Walker stopped lying and making a mockery of us. You’re not a ‘family man’ when you left us to bang a bunch of women, threatened to kill us, and had us move over 6 times in 6 months running from your violence.”

In another tweet, he added: “I don’t care about someone who has a bad past and takes accountability. But how DARE YOU LIE and act as though you’re some ‘moral, Christian, upright man.’ You’ve lived a life of DESTROYING other peoples lives. How dare you.”

What I’ve always noticed about Christian Walker is that he always seemed to be acting out. His rhetoric about black men, baby mothers and those stereotypes were said with such conviction that it came across personal. The only background that we know about his family mostly is his father’s behavior and that has to have taken some sort of toll on him as a child. We always felt that the theatrics, the shouting at the top of his lungs had something to do with his family and it turns out we were right.

It’s one thing to have crazy politics but it’s another to lie about your family life as if your son doesn’t have a huge platform to call you out on and potentially derail your campaign. This explains Christian Walker’s self-hating politics and rhetoric. It stems from his relationship with his father. While some would assume that the Georgia GOP would drop Walker as their party nominee for Senate, the chances are that won’t happen. He has that position because he’s friends with Trump and they’re likely going to ride this out and absorb all of the embarrassment he’s going to bring. And that’s what they get for not having a backbone and supporting a man who when it comes to government does not know his head from his ass.
