Singer Ed Sheeran just made the ultimate boss move and that is buying up all the property in his vicinity one by one after every noise complaint he received. I mean, why move when you’re comfortable and invested where you are when you can just pay others to leave from around you for complaining instead? He’s been having some building and construction work that’s caused a number of his neighbors to complain about noise that caused the first few acquisitions. Then there is the Notting Hill bar and restaurant he has where he bought the flat directly above altogether costing him close to $5 million. To put into perspective, his London home cost close to $25 million.
“Ed’s had neighbors grumbling about noise before so when he got a chance to buy up the two houses next to his London home, he jumped at the chance,” a source stated. He also has a wildlife pond on his Suffolk estate that his neighbors believe he’s using as a personal swimming pool. So to deal with meddling neighbors he strategically placed bales of hay to obstruct the view of his neighbors. “It all seems very strange but in actual fact, it appears to have been very carefully thought through,” a source stated. “The bales have been placed precisely in the right places and at the right angle to shield his pool.” It isn’t as though he didn’t try to do it legally. He tried to appeal to the Suffolk Coastal District Council back in June to no avail.
We understand. Nosey neighbors, overzealous community leaders and government officials are a problem many of us have to deal with but the important part is that he was able to deal with them and come out on top.
