Deshawn Sheppard is a model and fitness coach that is a rising model and one that we went out of our way to find to cover as he stood out. He’s shot with fitness photographer and talent manager PhotoFit Models who he considers the best he’s worked with along with CNG Photography that’s also covered a number of other popglitz.netm Eye Candy models we’ve featured. He did a photoshoot at a nude beach in Miami recently to much of the dismay of his fans as he was fully clothed saying “no you don’t have to be nude.” Well, guess we’ll keep fingers crossed for next time.
A body like his isn’t easy to obtain and if you’re curious about his workout routine, he posted that he does shoulders on Monday, chest on Tuesday, legs Wednesday, back Thursday, arms Friday, whatever was missed on Saturdays and legs Sunday. There is a video of him running treadmill at level 14, the highest on the machine. As I recall I don’t think I have ever ran over 7 so we know he has to be in shape to do that. He posted a message once putting his haters on notice saying “I have so much more for you to be mat at. Just be patient.” Well we’re going to hang around to see what’s going to come next.
