Rapper Jack Harlow shared a video of a police officer incident involving a fan of his grabbing her by the throat as she awaits getting into a venue to see him outraged. Clearly upset, the black woman shown in the video could be heard shouting, …[y’all are acting like I’m] doing something bad…all I wanted to f*****g do was go to the f*****g–STOP! All I wanted to do was go to the Jack Harlow concert…no, y’all are acting like I’m doing something bad!”

The video was originally brought to Harlow’s attention for him to make “something good happen” for the affected fan but then says that that reaction was “not enough.” In his statement shared on Instgram he said, “I told the world to help me identify her so I could find a way to give her a hug and give her as many tickets to as many shows as she wants. But that’s not enough and its not a solution to a systemic issue that people who don’t look like me have to face. The next step is identifying this police officer and getting him unemployed as fast as we can.”
The Cobb County Police Department became aware of this video going viral and told Fox News Digital, “The Cobb County Police Department takes any and all allegations of officer misconduct very seriously,” a spokesperson for the police department said. “We are aware of the video snippet posted to Instagram involving our officer and a young woman outside the Coca-Cola Roxy. The incident is going through an internal review to get a full understanding of the entire incident before any potential action is taken.”
