Joe Budden was minding his business with his podcast this week when The Game decided to bring up his fiancee Cyn Santana in a new diss track. Apparently he insinuated the two had a relationship. While it hasn’t been revealed what exactly he said about her, The Game’s last leaked track dogged Kim Kardashian all the way out talking about what all he did to her in the past.

“I held Kim Kardashian by her throat, n**ga! I made her swallow my kids until she choked, n**ga!/ I should apologize cuz ‘Ye my folks, n**ga!…”

So if this is what The Game had to say about Kim, you can only image what he had to say about Cyn. Unamused, The Game got swiftly checked by Joe Budden who responded saying “Game don’t have a single. You have to do this salacious sensationalized bullshit…when you’re calling out people who have clearly moved on and not thinking anything about you,” he said. “You calling out women that ain’t said a word about you. They not proud of you, n***a.”

Now it has been about 15 years since these two have been beefing and I remember them calling a truce a full on decade ago. The Game texted him inviting him to a show of his back in 2008 out of the blue after years of blasting and roasting each other in songs. Sadly, some things never change and this was low. The irony is that back in 08 when they made up, Joe wrote the song ‘Who’ pretty much about the state of the industry at the time while today The Game is doing the same thing, except he’s calling out and bashing everyone. Joe joked about the days when Master P was releasing mixtapes every month with corny album covers.. in an affectionate way, of course, while The Game, who’s turning 40 this year is on what appears to be a war path. You’re supposed to mature as you get older, not the other way around. Sigh.

You can listen to Joe Budden’s podcast below to hear the entire conversation about leading up to what he had to say about The Game.
