It’s been under 2 years since City Girls rapper JT’s been in prison for credit card fraud but she’s finally out today. In the meantime, the other half of the rap duo, Yung Miami’s been holding the group together, pregnant and all. Despite shade from others like Hazel E and Khia, their careers are not over, they’re just getting started and managed to keep the promo for their debut album going despite one being in the clink clink as Karen Huger would say. And to celebrate, the two have a new song coming out tonight, First Day Out in just a few hours, at 10 pm Eastern.
“YOU BITCHES IN TROUBLE!! MY BITCH HOME!” Yung Miami posted on Instagram. When she was originally arrested last summer, Yung Miami told Rolling Stone Magazine about JT, “It’s a minor setback for a major comeback because it’s a movement. Everybody know JT now.” Well we’re going to see what she’s got. And she’s lucky that she gets to release this song now because she was originally set to be released in spring of 2020 which would be quite a long time for Yung Miami to carry things by herself. But she’s out in just the perfect timing because Nicki Minaj has announced her retirement to get married and Megan thee Stallion’s out and heating things up these days, JT needs to come show us what we’ve been missing.
