It’s been nearly two weeks since Kardashian family friend Jordyn Woods has been accused of sleeping with Khloe Kardashian’s man Tristan Thompson and surprise, surprise, we’re still here talking about it. Jordyn just did an interview with Jada Pinkett Smith yesterday on her Red Table Talk show to tell her side of the story. Now normally if a person slept with someone’s man or was even accused of it, a simple tweet saying it didn’t happen would be enough but this is the Kardashians we’re talking about. They’re known for making concerted efforts to ruin people’s lives so it was probably necessary.
During her interview with Jada, she denies sleeping with Tristan, although being reported leaving his house at 7am didn’t help either. She basically chalked that up to L.A. culture and that he was having an after the club house party that she just ended up at just hanging out, going with the flow with her friends. At 20, that is absolutely possible. As for them being lovey dovey, she says she was sitting on the arm of the chair he was sitting on with her legs dangling over his ankles. And the most important takeaway is that she said she did not cause Tristan to leave Khloe which has happened as a result of this.
In a social media whirlwind, Khloe took her 6 ft tall self onto Twitter acting like the linebacker she’s built like, trying to tackle and take this girl down. She accused of her lying and said she was the reason her family was now broken up. Mind you, I am completely against airing our dirty laundry on social media. I don’t even like writing about it, believe it or not because it just contributes to the messiness of it all, especially given the fact that everything Khloe has been huffing and puffing about could have been resolved in texts and phone calls. All publicity isn’t good publicity, especially given the fact that while Khloe was going off, all of these pictures of all the men Khloe was going after over the years that were in relationships and some even while she was in hers surfaced including but not limited to Odell Beckham when he was with Trina, banging The Game at the same time Kourtney Kardashian was, or even Trey Songz when she first started seeing Tristan. As GossipoftheCity said, she knows a thing or two about drinking and the invasion of privacy.
With all that’s happened since this story broke and the backlash Khloe has received for attacking Jordyn when her boyfriend is the one who was cheating long before this even happened, she’s changed her tune about things. “This has been an awful week & I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I). I’m a rollercoaster of emotions & have said things I shouldn’t have,” the reality star, 34, tweeted on Saturday, March 2. “Honestly, Tristan cheating on me & humiliating me, wasn’t such a shock as the first time.”
“What’s been harder & more painful is being hurt by someone so close to me. Someone whom I love & treat like a little sister,” Kardashian wrote. “But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan’s fault.” She finished her rant saying “I have to move on with my life & count my blessings, my family, my health, & my beautiful baby True.”
Well we’re glad to see she’s moving on with her life because this was a lot to drag through the public. Jordyn has said she couldn’t leave home, her mother couldn’t go to the grocery store and her 12 year old sister couldn’t go to school because of the way they were being harrassed. Hopefully they can put all of this behind them soon.
