Kim Kardashian seems to be quite happy with her new man Pete Davidson with their PDA and given how her ex Kanye West recently gave his now ex Julia Fox and all her friends Birkins for HER birthday, you’d think he was too. Well that is if you don’t count the repeated displays of him saying how much he both wanted Kim back and to bring his family back together in an almost stalkerish vibe. Still sources around the reality star have stated “friends are excited to see her genuinely happy” with her actor boyfriend Pete Davidson.
“Everyone around her is just happy she’s happy,” the source says. It started with the SNL on screen kiss during Davidson’s first night of hosting to the handholding on a rollercoaster Knott’s Scary Farm in Buena Park, California to claims of being “just friends” and “in the same circles” in restaurant kissing and other forms of PDA. And Davidson just called her his girlfriend for the first time this month in an interview with PEOPLE (The TV Show!) host Kay Adams.
And regarding the overt public statements he’s made about his ex, Kanye West says he is “working on [his] communication.” Tuesday on Instagram he said, “I’ve learned that using all caps makes people feel like I’m screaming at them. I’m working on my communication. I can benefit from a team of creative professionals, organizers, mobilizers and community leaders. Thank everybody for supporting me.”
The March issue of Vogue showed Kim saying her decision to make “changes” in her life is what caused her divorce. “For so long, I did what made other people happy. And I think in the last two years I decided, I’m going to make myself happy. And that feels really good,” she said.
“Even if that created changes and caused my divorce, I think it’s important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy,” the mom of four continued. “I’ve chosen myself. I think it’s okay to choose you.”
And regarding Kanye’s recent split from his short term girlfriend Julia Fox, rapper Azealia Banks called her a “liability” and a “low-rated” escort that had gotten with Kanye for the money. “We already know the tea Foolia! [You] came to Miami looking for work, [the] same lawyer was in contract with Ye and it was a weak PR stunt from the jump.”
She added, “You absolutely did not come up because if this is how women who ‘always date billionaires’ behave when s**t goes south, threatening tell-all books… You can kiss your days as a low-rate escort goodbye, sis.” And regarding her reported drug abuse history to include a near overdose in the past, Banks said she is “not what he needs associated with him in any custody battle that may arise in court during divorce proceedings.”
While one can say she Banks was being rude with Kanye’s ex, others could argue she was being protective of a man that’s been getting grief in the industry for some time lately. Hopefully the end result of this can be peaceful co-parenting with him and Kim and that he can equally move on and be as happy as she is with someone else without appearing to be simping with his ex.
