This weekend was quite eventful for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump when a Ferrari came crashing through the front of her West Hollywood restaurant Pump. Now if there ever was a place to have a car flying into the patio like a train wreck, it would be Pump. And for those who don’t know, that is the location of Vanderpump’s own reality show Vanderpump Rules, which as Andy Cohen said on Watch What Happens Live last night, that’s usually where they hire trainwrecks, not see them physically careering though the window. The crash occurred in the patio seating which faces Santa Monica and Robertson Boulevards. It all occurred around 2 pm and one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and the driver has been cooperating with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The West Hollywood restaurant is just one of the many establishments Vanderpump has owned with her husband of almost 40 years, totaling 35 over the years. And while her show is 8 seasons in, forget the cheating, bathroom sex and Jax Taylor stealing sunglasses for fun, this is going to rank up there in the list of crazy moments that have occurred at their workplace. No word yet if some starry eyed clout chaser is who was behind the accident, looking for a couple seconds on screentime or just wanting to make an entrance. If so, it wouldn’t surprise us any.
