Megan Thee Stallion’s finally gone official offical with a new man at the IHeartMusic awards Thursday night at LA’s Dolby Theater. The man on her arm was rapper Pardi Fontaine, known for his 2018 single Backin It Up. The two have both quietly been an item on social media since February when Megan called him her “boo.”

“I don’t be liking some of the stuff on the internet,” she said at the time “People don’t know what the hell they talking about, they just be saying anything. I didn’t like what they was trying to say about Pardi ’cause he is so calm and so sweet. That’s my boo, and I really like him,” she said about him at the time.

She thanked her fans, affectionately called “hotties” at the award show saying, “I really want to thank the hotties because without y’all I would be nothing. I want to thank my grandma for believing in me also. Everything I do I do for my family, for the hotties and for myself.”

This is significant because for almost the last year, Megan’s been taunted online by reminders of her previous relationship or probably situationship with rapper Tory Lanez who she’s accused of shooting her in the foot. It’s been joked about causing her to lash out numerous times online and associates of hers saying he’s sending his minions out into the media accusing her of lying.

We’re just happy to see Megan moving on with someone publicly by her side especially during a time when she’s being bullied by grown men over abuse which isn’t funny at all.
