Mystikal was performing in Tampa last night before the show was abruptly cut short. He had only been on stage for 30 seconds before tumbling off the stage, landing on the floor below needing help getting up, visibly injured. A concertgoer said it was obvious something had gone terribly wrong and you could hear him say “Man, I need an ambulance” repeatedly. It was said that a drink spilling on stage causing him to slip and fall was the culprit causing the 1 am mishap. And the sad part is that he spent a full 45 minutes sitting on the edge of the stage in pain after it happened. Imagine sitting watching that.
Now for the cynic in us… one could look at what happened and say that was God knocking that drink over for a little passive karma from above. Just why, you say? Well this man has been in and out of prison this entire millennium for a range of things varying from kidnapping to rape to sexual assault. In fact, he hasn’t long gotten out of prison again. He is 48 years old and at his age, one would hope he has learned his lesson about his past behavior because he’s lucky to even be free and the last thing he wants is to end up like R Kelly who we don’t think anyone expects to be a free man ever again with all the charges being thrown at him from one state after another these days. Get it together Mystikal and nurse those injuries. And just know we don’t want anymore news stories from you starting anymore sh**. K, sir?
