The world has been in an uproar about Nick Cannon and all of the kids he’s been having with now his 9th or 10th on the way at 41 but somehow has overlooked NBA Youngboy having the same number of kids at 22. Nick Cannon has gone as far as to discuss getting a vasectomy, received a condom vending machine gag gift from Kevin Hart and made a vow of celibacy on national television, yet NBA Youngboy hasn’t had to give a single explanation for all the kids he has and he’s practically half Cannon’s age.
The Baton Rouge rapper just released a music video for his song Purge Me and in the visual is a cameo of his unborn child and his expectant baby mother Jazlyn Mychelle. He was just named this generation’s Tupac by fellow rapper The Game, for which given his popularity, substance aside, it isn’t hard to see how he came to that conclusion. It’s just amazing that he’s been able to make music and simultaneously rack up 7 baby mothers.
We do have to add that excessive baby making is an expression of manhood and one that could be considered overcompensating. This isn’t the early 20th century where it can’t be helped. So there has to be a reason. Not to speculate but Orlando Brown did make multiple claims about Cannon not being straight but then again, let’s take a look at Orlando Brown today. And NBA Youngboy did say he liked wearing makeup.
Neither have to mean anything but the mere accusation alone can cause one to overcompensate to prove themselves. Just ask Porsha Williams’ ex-husband Kordell Stewart. He said accusations of him being gay in the 90s affected his NFL career. Either way, we wish NBA Youngboy the best and hope he does the best by that litter he’s started.
