While we’re in the midst of a pandemic, many have forgotten about the plight of North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un. He’s been missing in action, once reported as being dead after an alleged botched hear surgery in April and as recently as the last few weeks ordering executions of people. Either way, his health has been a concern at least all of 2020 and he’s been said to not look healthy at all from his walk to breathing, etc.

Well not, Chairman Kim is said to be in a coma according to Chang Song-min, a former aide to the late S. Korean President Kim Dae-jung. He’s told South Korean media that not only is Kim in a coma but he appears to be close to death. “A complete succession structure has not been formed, so Kim Yo-jong┬áis being brought to the fore as the vacuum cannot be maintained for a prolonged period.” Kim Yo-jung is his younger sister who has been rumored to have already taken the leadership role with her brother’s health in a deteriorating status for some time now.

Adding to the relevance of this is the fact that North Korea’s National Intelligence Service has said that Kim’s gradually transitioning power to his younger sister to “ease stress” but will still “exert absolute power.” Given the secrecy of the North Korean regime, if something is going on, it’s going to take something major or some serious digging to find it out, but something tells us we’ll be learning pretty soon.
