R Kelly has new claims that he targeted a teen boy in a Chicago McDonalds around 15 years ago for a sexual relationship. R Kelly’s team is against prosecutors using evidence that he molested this 17 year old stating the juror may be anti-lgbt. They came to this conclusion becasue the juror questionairre didn’t ask how they felt about people in same sex relationships. They’re also claiming they didn’t have time to prepare a defense against these accusations. Mind you the allegations were brought just a week ahead of an already scheduled trial Kelly has.
When the accusations were originally brought on July 23rd, Kelly’s attorney Nicole Blank Becker told TMZ, “This is nothing more than a veiled effort to pile on to further shape the public’s perception in this case ignoring that Mr. Kelly is presumed innocent until proven otherwise.”
Oh, Kelly. You might get this one but you’re going to have to answer for this eventually.
