On a recent episode of Joe Budden’s podcast, Portland Trail Blazers player Damian Lillard went on a little roasting spree of Shaq saying he could rap better than him. He said when people heard Shaq rap, they weren’t thinking that he was good, they were just saying, Oh, “that’s Shaq rapping.” Now Shaq is almost 50 years old and anyone who’s seen him on television knows he enjoys a good challenge. In “Hater say what” fashion, he responded with a full diss track to let Lillard know he never lost it and in fact, always had it. People forget this man didn’t just rap for fun. He had 4 rap albums with one of them going platinum. He even has a track out from this year with Lil Jon. Don’t sleep on Shaq. lol He told Lillard he couldn’t hold a flame to Steph Curry and Russell Westbrook. So far after the track’s been dropped, no word has come from Lillard about a response but he’s the one who parted his lips saying “I think I rap better than Shaq.” Now he has to prove it.
