When heading to CVS and someone randomly picks a fight with you talking trash, threatening a physical altercation, the average person would likely go in the opposite direction and go on about their way. But not former NFL star Terrell Owens. When he and a fan were chatting inside of a Los Angeles CVS, a random man came up to him heckling and harrassing them both. Witnesses to what happened told TMZ Sports that the man “threatened to beat up the men outside.” After unsuccessfully trying to mediate the situation, he found himself getting swung at, and then all bets were off. Things moved outside and Owens sent the man to the ground.
The last altercation Terrell Owens was in was a Karen incident when a woman tried to get him arrested lying to an officer in August saying he had rolled his window down harrassing her in Broward County. The woman whose name is Caitlin Davis, went on to being charged with a second-degree misdemeanor in October for “knowingly” gave “false information to a law enforcement officer … concerning the alleged commission of a crime,” according to The Broward County Sheriff’s Office. In a video Owens recorded of the altercation, the woman could be heard saying to police, “I asked him to slow down, and he got out of his car and he started harassing me.” She then yelled at Owens, “You didn’t have to get out of your f—ing car. You’re a Black man approaching a White woman.” He posted the video to Instagram captioned with “KAREN IS REAL!!!! Wow!! JUST A NORMAL NIGHT OF BEING A BLACK MAN IN AMERICA. I want to say I can’t believe it but y’all know what it is.” Davis currently has a court date in December.
