Rapper 50 Cent truly finds himself in situations no one else does and that couldn’t be anymore true this week when he found himself standing in front of an aspiring rapper ready to square up and fight because he didn’t want to look at his Instagram account. Now we all know how 50 Cent is. He’s an amazing businessman and almost equally as big of an arsehole so to get a less than accomodating response from him shouldn’t necessarily be a surprise to anyone. But who expects that during their first encounter with an artist they look up to? Also, he apparently hasn’t seen the news lately to see what DaBaby did to the last couple people who approached his team disrespectfully. It didn’t exactly end well.
Since the incident, 50 started selling t-shirts mocking the guy asking him to look at his Instagram saying “Your sh*t ain’t gonna work.” That was all but the last straw for the aspiring rapper who goes by the name of Dume. He made a video letting him know that he wasn’t a 24/7 gangster and called him grandpa. Ouch. Then he followed that up by talking about how haters are gonna hate and said he was just asking for advice from someone he admired because he wasn’t going to let an opportunity pass him by. Now 50 did an interview this week where he said Irv Gotti and Def Jam turned down his mix tape back in ’97 so maybe this is him subconsciously passing off that same type of tough love. Who knows.
We can’t say we blame him but dude, you can’t be squarin’ up trying to fight because someone doesn’t want to give you a second look. He looks like he’s been hitting the gym and needed to practice putting those muscles to use on someone’s head. And at the end of the day, if you can’t get your celebrity to pay you attention, you can at least get them to pay you a check for injuries if you get f*cked up.
This guy really confronted @50Cent because he wouldn’t check out his IG?! 😳🤦🏽♂️
