WWE star Jimmy Uso, whose real name is Jonathan Fatu was arrested around 1am today after being pulled over at 10:35 pm last night for wreckless driving. He had just ran a red light while speeding doing 50 in a 35 mph zone. When he opened his door, he smelled like alcohol. He failed all the field tests swaying and even said he had multiple beers. He breathed a .205 into the breathalizer, almost 3x the legal limit of .08. He was booked on misdemeanor charges with a $500 bond and released by around 9am today.
It’s now been about 2 years since the 35 year old had his last DUI. He had two in 2019 with one being him arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction following an altercation with police in Detroit. He plead no contest to interfering with a government employee and had ti oay $450 in fines. The other involved him being arrested for a DUI in Pensacola in July 2019 but was later found not guilty. Prior to that 2011 was his last DUI.
Someone needs to put Uber on this guy’s phone for when he decides to start drinking.
