Funeral services for rapper Young Dolph were helpd Tuesday, November 30th at First Baptist Church on Broad Avenue in Memphis after being shot and killed going into Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies on Airways Boulevard where he was said to be a regular. Photos from the event were shared by N.J. Ford and Sons Funeral Home on their Facebook page captioned with “We’re truly honored to be chosen to provide the professional services to the Thornton and P. R. E. family and we pray that our services exceeded each of your expectations. Our prayers are continuously extended to each of you.”
His longtime girlfriend Mia Jaye shared a tribute of her own showing off their relationship captioned with, “Long Live My King… My Heart… My Soulmate… I love you ??” The first post tribute she did for him came a few fays after his death and read, “God give me strength… Adolph I love you with all my heart and soul. Thank you to everyone for all of your prayers, love, support, messages… I may not see them all but when my eyes are not full of tears I catch a few… Nonetheless, all the genuine positive, vibes, energy, and prayers are welcome… Because Lord knows I need them.”
