Zendaya’s Stylist Responds to Lindsay Lohan Bashing Zendaya’s Met Gala Dress

Lindsay Lohan sat at home from the comfort of her living room bashing Zendaya at this year’s Met Gala. Mind you, we stated that she did so while being at home which means one of them was not invited. The younger Disney star was dressed in a Cinderella inspired light up dress by Tommy Hilfinger which Lindsay captioned on Twitter, “You wore this dress so beautifully, I don’t know why someone thinks that they can be more chic. Ever,” commented Lohan, tagging Danes. “Claire Danes did that with Zac Posen already,” she added.

Just why someone would pick on Zendaya of all people is quite shocking because, well, when has she ever done anything to anyone? Not many people are that knowledgeable on fashion to remember Claire Danes dress and how much would it matter to a 22 year old? Upon some digging, Wendy Williams realized that it’s because Zendaya was up for the part of Ariel in the The Little Mermaid, a role Lindsay has said she’s wanted since being a child. Well, the truth is out and it seems someone is a little envious. And Wendy Williams pointed out that winning a fight up against Zendaya is like running Bambi over with your car. You get no points for that. It’s better to just read for the role yourself than to passive aggressively pick fights with people when you already have public likability issues.

None of this went unnoticed by Zendaya’s team. Her stylist Law Roach was approached by ET’s Katie Krause at the Fashion Nova X Cardi B launch party yesterday in Los Angeles. She was asked about Lindsay’s remark, to which she responded, “I don’t know her,” quoting the famous Mean Girls line before going inside the Hollywood Palladium. Ouch. And the comments in response to Lindsay’s original read weren’t any kinder with one calling her a “has-been loser.” Lesson to learn: Anytime you get to the point in your career that you’ve started falling off, work on your actual product and not being known for your attitude. She’s a bonafide actress. Picking on someone a decade younger than her not only is beneath her, it shows her insecurities. Do better, Lindsay. Some of us are still rooting for you over a decade after you started falling off, going from drug use to trying to snatch babies in Moscow. Get it together.
