August Alsina’s Friend Zu Calls Him Boyfriend in Viral Rant After Pride Appearance

It’s been a few years since August Alsina has hinted at being bi and first introduced his friend Zú as someone he’s loved. When asked if they went together, he’s denied it. He’s also denied being bi until a series of event that took place this past weekend. First, they were tapped to make a Pride appearance at Opium club in Atlanta and then came the middle of the night rant from Zú.

In an extensive note he shared on his social media, he said that August was not only his boyfriend but that he’s the one that runs the relationship. He said that August gives him a great life and for that he’s grateful.

It started because he was accused of being groomed by August who had shared in his IG Story that they had known each other for 5 years which would mean at 22, they started dating, Zú would have been 17 which he came out to immediately say wasn’t true. He also pointed out that they had tried to keep this private but sometimes you have to come out and correct inaccurate narratives.

We’re happy that they’re happy. And August has been going through it from admitting to Jada Pinkett Smith taking advantage of him, his health challenges, the industry doing him dirty and who knows what else. It’s always good to see someone getting a happy ending.
