Tuesday was a big day for Cardi B as she was found not guilty of assaulting a security guard that filed a $24 million case against her. The case surrounded a 2018 incident outside a Beverly Hills obstetrician’s office where Cardi described the guard as the aggressor. She said that the guard, Emani Ellis was “invading [her] privacy,” following her trying to take a cellphone video of her. And moving forward, she said she’s going to be more proactive about dealing with frivolous lawsuits in the future.

“The next person to try to do a frivolous lawsuit against me, I’m going countersue, and you’re going to pay,” she said. “I’m not that celeb that you’re going to sue and I’m going to settle. … I work hard for my money.”

But more important than that, in the middle of a case about assault, earlier in the day she was asked about being pregnant and she threw a marker at the paparazzi member who said it. He added that he still loved her despite her trying to hit him. Lucky for her the facts in her case were on her side because it’s hard to prove that you didn’t assault someone while subsequently attempting to assault someone else outside of that very same courtroom.

Then to wrap it all up in the Spanish novella that is her life, as everyone has been speculating bout her being pregnant, she went home and showed what looks like a fake baby bump. And this is why her new album is titled, Am I The Drama. Yes Cardi, you are.
