Bill Cosby just got denied parole this month due to him not being cooperative in prison. The actor, who’s serving a 3-10 year sentence in a Philly area prison for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a former Temple University employee at his home in 2004 is apparently refusing to undergo mandatory therapy. The denial letter dated May 11th said he’s required to “participate in and complete additional institutional programs.”

The board also said he’s also exhibited a “failure to develop a parole release plan.” And he received a “negative recommendation by the Department of Corrections.” From what we can see, it certainly appears that Cosby is maintaining his innocence and to him, if he didn’t do anything wrong, there’s no reason to go to therapy for something he didn’t do.
