In an interesting new twist, as people who have been involved in Britney Spears’ life are one by one lining up to speak out against her conservatorship, her doctors have weighed in on the matter. As it stands, a lot of this is still conjecture and there are people who doubt whether she’s telling the truth. To have medical doctors get involved says a lot.
Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday, July 28th is attorney Laurieann Wright who represents her temporary conservator Jodi Montgomery. The legal document says her father Jamie Spears should be removed from the conservatorship and replaced with her attorney Mathew Rosengart who represents her and has her support.
The document goes on to say Montgomery “concluded that Jamie Spears should not continue to act as … Conservator of the Estate, because his doing so is not in the best interest of” Britney Spears. The filing further notes that Montgomery claims that Spears’ “medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the Conservatee for Mr. Spears to remain Conservator.”
