Tiger Woods had his 4th car crash this past weekend and the fallout has been pretty substantial. During lunchtime he clipped the back of a truck with his Land Rover flipping over on its side around the corner from his home in Jupiter Island, Fl leading to his arrest. But that was only after he refused to cooperate with police by choosing not to take a urine test which led to an additional charge. And eight hours of jail later, his girlfriend Vanessa Trump is said to be sick of him.
Friends of his girlfriend and ex-wife of Donald Trump, Jr. have said she has given him an ultimatum. Speaking to Daily Mail, the insider said about Vanessa Trump “She’s not happy at all. She’s both disappointed and a little bit pissed, if I’m being honest.”
“It’s a definite red flag, and she told him that he’s going to get this sorted out and that she’s going to require that. He has to get things under control, or she’s not going to stick around.“ They described Vanessa as a “concerned girlfriend expressing boundaries and saying that he’s got to get his s–t together, like right now.” And they described him as “very apologetic” and “wants to fix” his errors. “He’s embarrassed, he’s mortified at all this,” the source continued. “And this is really humiliating for it to happen again. And Vanessa is embarrassed, too. All her friends are like, ‘Girl, what the hell?’” Others have said she’s taking a break from the relationship stating “She’s not doing messy again.” I mean she was with Donald Trump, Jr. which in itself says plenty.
“”Her priority is her children,” the source noted. “That comes before everything.” The decision was made calmly. “She didn’t make a scene,” the insider said. “She just stepped back and chose a different path.”
And as for his ex-wife, Elaine Nordegren is said to be “concerned” about him especially since his last accident in 2021 which required surgery. “His recovery from the crash [in 2021] in California was brutal,” the source tells PEOPLE. “[Elin] just wants him to make the best choices for himself. It’s about his health and being there for the kids.”
Then there’s his friends. A source tells People Magazine, “It’s serious, but Tiger has yet to look in the mirror and say, ‘You’re 50 years old and need to act like it.’”
“He is enabled by people making money off of his talent and reputation, but with his injuries and age, he is frustrated and depressed about his state of health,” the insider says of Woods. “He wants to play in major tournaments like the Masters, but he needs to get real. Once he does that, he should be better off because people do like Tiger. He is a good person.”
The source adds that he “has never really gotten over” the death of his father over 20 years ago. And that is understandable. Mental health challenges are something that also appear after more prevalently among people who have major life events, something we will be discussing about Mariah Carey later today, FYI. And anyone who has lost a parent knows what that is like. Prince Harry spoke about how his mother Princess’s Diana’s passing caused him panic attacks, anxiety and the like.
And there’s the fact the man refuses to get a driver. A source tells People Magazine that he “doesn’t want anyone to watch over him or know what he is doing.” This is completely understandable. I mean even Michelle Obama spoke about escaping out of the back door of the White House for freedom once in 2015. But that doesn’t excuse putting lives in danger every time you go outside as Tiger appears to keep doing. Ions ago I dated someone who I realized had been heavily drinking before he started driving. I never got into a car with him again and a couple years later he had to be cut out of his truck with the jaws of life from drinking and driving. And he had motor skill issues after that. Independence is not worth risking your life, health and that of others as well. Hopefully between his friends, lovers and past relationships, someone will be able to speak some sense into him. I also hear the saying from older people that there’s no fool like an old fool. The older we get the more hard headed we are. Get it together Tiger before it’s too late.
