Britney Spears’ mother Lynn Spears was caught at LAX by the paparazzi and given that her daughter has both said she ruined her life and should be in prison, she didn’t exactly feel like digging into that barrell while rushing through the airport. But trapped on an escalator and clearly motioning that she was trying to see past who was asking her questions, she responded with her body language.
When asked if she was happy that the conservatorship was over, she motioned yes. It’s worth noting that she played a big part in it happening in the first place. But she does want her daughter happy and safe and since it wasn’t found by the courts where it was needed for Britney to remain in the conservatorship for her well-being, as a mother, that should be something she’d be excited about. As for whether she wants to see Britney for the holidays, she too nodded yes… reluctantly but she said yes.
Lynn Spears is in LA to see her son Brian who happens to be close to Britney so it’s possible he could convince Britney into letting their mother see her this week. But that’s a big if. And when asked if she had any words for Britney, she simply motioned that she was praying. And that’s pretty much all that can be done at this point. They’re a broken family and it’s going to take a lot of praying and lawyers to bring them back together but alas.. one step at a time.
