Cardi B came out a winner in court against blogger Tasha K in what was quite an audatious lawsuit to begin with. Tasha K accused Cardi B of having herpes, HIV, had called her a prostitute and said she used drugs while pregnant with her daughter among other things and then when Cardi responded, she then said she was putting her through emotional distress because of her threats. She even sued Cardi for $3 million which got thrown out after a federal judge dismissed the case.
Tasha is now responsible for Cardi’s $75,000 of court costs. Now it’s not everyday that bloggers get sued but every so often some hit a nerve and it happens. If she didn’t want to be sued, she probably should have left Cardi’s daughter out of it. We all know kids are off limits… well, unless you’re say, Akbar V. But that’s a different story.
