Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas are selling their Central Park West viewing penthouse co-op featuring 4 bedrooms and 6 bathroows. The property is in the 1908 built 12th-century English castle styled building and is going for $21.5 million, currently the most expensive listing in the building, The Kenilworth, by far.

‘The Kenilworth is a white glove, full service cooperative with attended elevator and Resident Manager, built in 1908 in the French Second Empire style,’ the Sotheby’s International Realty listing agent stated. The co-op, which began as 16 rooms was turned into 9 larger rooms and spans across the front and both sides of the building.

The top floor property features a chef’s kitchen including a Wolf industrial range and double Traulsen refrigerators, a dining room with mahogany pocket doors. The master suite has a large sitting area, en suite marble bathroom and two dressing rooms.

The couple own a mansion in Irvington, New York, a house in Catherine’s hometown of Swansea, Wales, and have been trying to sell his Majorca, Spain home for seven years. The two have been married since 2000 and have 2 children, Dylan, 20, and Carys, 18.

It’s good seeing Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones still together. Some of you may remember what he said about how he got stage 4 throat cancer years ago. In 2013 he blamed oral sex on the cause. I just knew he was getting a divorce after that. I have never heard such a comment and it still makes me giggle to this day but hey, men say stupid things, no? I bet I have an idea where his wife’s mouth didn’t go for awhile after that.
