DaBaby was sued by an employee at a Beverly Hills Marriott days ago after he decided to beat the crap out of him for taking a picture of him after he had asked him not to December of 2019. The victim, Cristofher Pocasangre’s attorney Anthony Werbin told TMZ that the beating caused quite a bit of physical injury to include severe pain that he has experienced every day since the event. Werbin also says his client has nerve damage he’s been diagnosed with and has to get injections in his back. He might even need back surgery if the pain continues.
Here’s rapper DaBaby roughing up a hotel employee that asked for a video of him that he told no.Yes the guy didn’t listen.Did he have to do all that? No. He also has a pending case for beating up a promoter over a recent payment 🤦♂️ https://t.co/8vzSvMVP8z pic.twitter.com/1btVt72WVl

Pocasangre’s attorney says the entire ordeal has caused him to be emotionally traumatized and embarrassed as his friends tease him for not fighting back. The lawsuit says he’s a victim of assault, battery, infection of emotional distress. The whole ordeal occurred because he had heard DaBaby was nearby and he went to take a picture. DaBaby said no and he took it anyway with him in the background. When asked to delete it, he did but still got his arse whooped. The lawsuit is also being extended to his management.
Given DaBaby’s record of getting in fights from the moment he made it big including putting an artist in the hospital I believe on life support for wanting a picture, whether he’s right, wrong or indifferent, this does not look good on his behalf. Who has DaBaby not gotten into a fight with? Remember the woman he punched in the face while doing a club walk through because a woman’s camera flash got him? It would be nice for the day to come where he doesn’t make this type of news and not just because we’re on quarantine.
