NBA star DeMarcus Cousins has spent the last 3 years in Vegas in a 20,000 square foot home in the The Ridges in Summerlin that he just made a nice profit off on. The house sports 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a movie theater, billiards room, elevator and indoor basketball court for the modern day pandemic conscious athlete. He paid $6.5 million for the Mediterranean mansion in 2017 almost half of what it previously sold for at the height of the market in 2007. He sold it for $7.5 million, just a half million short of his asking price, making it the second most expensive listing that has sold this year so far in Vegas. And did we mention it has a 12 car garage? And he has Floyd Mayweather as a neighbor across the street. (Floyd’s home is 16,000 square feet and resembles more of a compound than a home.)

In other Cousins news, he just shared a video of him on the court likely as a means to drum up some interest in his name with the hopes of getting signed to a new team. As it stands, he is a free agent and it’s been about a month since the Houston Rockets waived his services. The 6’11 star did average 9.6 points and 7.6 rebounds in 20.2 minutes per game with Rockets so he’s still good but at worse case scenario, with the near $100 million he’s made over his career at 30 years old, he shouldn’t exactly be hurting for cash.
