Dr. Dre and his wife Nicole Young are proving to be gearing up to have one of the most contentious divorces of the year. How can we say that? Young just asked for almost $2 million a month in temporary spousal support. The amount is $1,936,399 to be exact and you don’t pull a power move like that unless you’re ready to play ball. Mind you, it’s only been 2 months since she filed for divorce and has already accrued $5 million in legal fees which she’s asking him to pay for as well.
If you’re thinking Young is somewhere hurting while all of this is happening, she has yet to move out of the Malibu home they share and still has access to the vehicles, personal chefs and other luxuries of living in his home. And if you’re wondering, what about the prenup, Young says he tore it up out of a show of affection to which you can imagine Dr. Dre denies happening.
These two have been through a lot together from allegations from multiple women that Dr. Dre was physically abusive to him cheating on her which caused him to try to bully those posting pics of him and the alleged mistress from social media. And this divorce puts rapper Future’s epic child support payment drama to shame. The internet erupted when Eliza Reign asked for $53,000 a month but after 20+ years of dealing with Dr. Dre, Young’s request just might be valid considering what all she’s had to deal with over the years.
