Erykah Badu issued an apology for her behavior at former President Barack Obama’s 60th birthday bash. There was a no photo taking rule and apparently they were serious about it. She posted a behind the scenes video and before we knew it the footage was taken down and she was on social media groveling over her mistake.
“Mr. And Mrs. Obama , Please forgive me 4 being the “terrible guest “ at such a sacred event for your family.” She continued, “I was so inconsiderate, Thank you for all your love. What an example of ‘how NOT ‘ to be …… erica”.

It’s understandable why the rule was set in place. The event was originally said to be cancelled but was instead scaled down over COVID concerns. It had started to be in the press around the clock that it was going to be a Hamptons super spreader event, so they did the right thing. In attendance was Jay-Z, Beyoncé, John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, Dwyane Wade, and Gabrielle Union. Erykah Badu, Questlove, Alicia Keys, George Clooney, Steven Spielberg, and Bruce Springsteen. Trap Beckham served as the DJ and he was accompanied by his manager TJ Chapman.
Trap Beckham and TJ Chapman made the same mistake and faced the same fate. They too had to delete their posts with Beckham saying, “Had to delete everything due to the rules. It was epic for sure. If any videos surface, it’s going viral. He danced the whole time. Nobody ever seen Obama like this before.”

The Obamas get credit for trying to keep their event controlled but there’s going to be more footage appearing. We’re sure of it. That’s just how the world works. Surely someone out there is thirsting for those clicks.. and probably selling footage that can’t be attributed back to them.
