Part Panamanian and African American, fitness model and personal trainer Yusef Myers first became an internet sensation in 2009 with the City Gym Boys in New York City after graduating from college. Over the course of his career he’s regularly been featured in Men’s Fitness Magazine and has appeared on MTV’s I Used To Be Fat as a personal trainer. His clientele has consisted of Fortune 500 top CEOs, celebrities and athletes. He is a co-founder of New York City Get Focused Foundation, dedicated to strengthening communities and addressing obesity.
As for his fitness company, he says “I created YM Fitness to help people achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively. I assembled a team of experts, with a combined experience of over 25 years. From Yoga instructors to aerobics and athletic trainers we create programs that are engaging, results-based and fun!”
