That’s when 3 years of litigation was embarked on when he accused his childhood friend Jonathan Todd Jackson aka Action Jackson of trying to extort him for millions offering to share a sex tape of him cheating on his wife while pregnant with a model named Montia Sabbag. She herself got Lisa Bloom involved because she said Hart just worked with Jackson to set the whole thing up for publicity for his upcoming tour, referring to him as being negligent, causing her emotional distress and sued for $60 million. Jackson accused Hart of fabricating the email that was the evidence of extortion and then sued Hart for $12 million. In the end, none of these suits stuck and Hart and Jackson worked everything out in a private settlement. He has sense vowed to only go to Vegas with his wife. Let’s just hope he doesn’t choose another city to cheat in. Or he could just come out and admit monogamy isn’t for him like NeYo and Chris Brown.
