It looks like the Kardashian curse regarding relationships is going around with Khloe Kardashian’s bestie Malika Haqq now announcing that she’s single. The actress and model spent the last two years on the arm of rapper O.T. Genasis but a surprise Instagram post where a see through negligee hashtagged with “Single” pretty much said it all. The two had been a good couple at least in the sense that they never made headlines for not getting along, cheating or things of that nature, plus they looked good together.
A source close to the couple has said “There’s no bad blood between them,” the source adds. “She is for sure single.” They also said that given what he does for a living “it was hard for them both give 100 percent” but stated they had a positive separation and there’s no type of animosity there. They added “She is for sure single.” They last appeared in a pic on her Instagram in January and that was a group photo with Trey Songz, rapper Jeezy, Jeannie Mai, and Lori Harvey. It had been since October since she appeared on his Instagram and during the summer last year alluding to some type of disappointment saying “Love doesn’t fail, people do.”
“Falling in love can be one of the most beautiful things. Unfortunately, being vulnerable to ones choices can lead to heart break,” she continued. “Healing and forgiving is a personal job done at every individuals pace. Life is one big lesson, a lesson in love. 💔” Then there appeared to have been some back and forth with things getting rocky and improving with subsequent posts saying “I’m cute. He’s special. We better together,” she captioned a pic of them standing together.
Then a month later she wrote a positive post about him saying, “You do everything for everyone. You make everyone happy. I’m the luckiest because you are my smile and laughter from am to pm,” she wrote. “BFF, I Love You! 💋” Go figure. Sidebar: This is why we don’t believe in making these types of random posts about how one’s relationship is going on social media because as you can see, people notice these things and it’s simply unnecessary fodder for people to talk about. But she’s a good looking girl, she’s popular, has a good resume, she’ll make out fine from here.
