The Hills star Kristin Cavallari is now a year into her podcast Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari where today she delves into conspiracy theory land and said she doesn’t believe that the Kanye West and Britney Spears that we see today are really them. She says they’re actually clones. Speaking to her guest cohost Justin Anderson, she explained how he predicted what she was saying. “Remember when he was talking a lot? He was really saying too much and the cabal didn’t like that. He said, ‘If I go away and I come back and I look different, that is not me,'” Kristin continued. “And what the f–k happened? He was gone. Remember when he fell off the face of the earth?” She then points out how his appearance has changed. “Compare old photos of him. It’s not the same f–king person.”

Now let’s go over the last one. Kanye West looks a lot different from his older pictures. Yes, this is true. That kind of happens over 20 some odd years of your career! Why would he look the same at almost 50 as what he did during his Gold Digger video in 2005, Kristin? Come on Kristin we need you to use your head for more than a hat rack, ma’am. The problem with what she’s saying is the fact that she completely absolves Kanye of any responsibility for the things that he says. Maybe he just got influenced by some bad people and has poor judgment. Why does it have to be some other entity taking over his body? Just acknowledge when people are wrong and correct them. He is capable of making mistakes. But so long as conspiracy theories like this are perpetuated, he will never be held accountable for his behavior.

Then there is the fact that she dares to think similar about Britney Spears. That completely ignores her mental health challenges, the consequences to her being under a stifling conservatorship for so many years and the fact that she’s not a 21 years old anymore. People grow and evolve. And maybe it’s Kristin who needs to grow and evolve before continuing on with a podcast. Jesus H. Christ.
