Rapper Lil Durk just popped the question with his longtime girlfriend India Royale and in front of a packed arena in Chicago. This woman has been there through cheating allegations and she even got into a shootout for the man when their home was broken into over the summer. At WGCI’s Big Jam event at United Center, Durk thanked India for holding him down, said she was “the realest” and asked her “Do you wanna be my wife?” while smiling from ear to ear.
The ring came from jewelry designer Izzy A. Luxury descibed the “masterpiece” he created as a ‘GIA 10 carat oval shape F VVS center stone surrounded by 30 pointer emerald cuts in a handmade setting with pave stones around.’ With the two having their 3 year old daughter Willow Banks, now is as good of a time as any for him to make the relationship official.
One person who might not be taking part in the wedding festivities and certainly not getting an invite to be the Best Man is Morgan Wallen. Collaborating with a black artist and wielding the N word doesn’t exactly guarantee you the closest relationship. But since that event was back in February and this collaboration was just released now, we’ll see if he’s learned his lesson and if he can do promo with Durk and act like he has any sense.
