The Material Girl showed off some serious bling this past week, posting a giant diamond ring she flashed in front of the camera for her Instagram. Madonna captioned the photo “Here’s to more Love- To happy children-to magical thinking-to good health and eternal blessings. I give thanks and praise To anyone being brave,- in this life and all the others.” The photo was taken beside her 28 year old boy toy, former soccer player Akeem Morris. Fans instantly began responding congratulating her with messages like “Yeeees queen“ and “Wait a sec…are you engaged now?”
Now the two never technically announced their relationship but they’ve been together reportedly since the summer when she broke up with boxer Josh Popper. They first met at her Paper Magazine cover shoot in 2022.
Now Madonna and Akeem Morris have technically never announced their relationship, they’ve been linked together for a couple years now. She even had him in her Paper Magazine cover in 2022. For a woman who has had a healthy relationship history littered with big names from Michael Jackson to Guy Ritchie and Prince, he’s in quite good company. But Madonna’s notorious and has her share of red flags to look out for.
In 2007 she was photographed exiting a hotel with Guy Ritchie carrying a strap on in a clear bag. And just last year she was rumored to have been in the ICU for a drug overdose. RadarOnline reported that she had Narcan administered but not for reasons we think. They said it was for septic shock… except that’s not what Narcan is used for. And lastly she’s said she’s used every drug once and has said she’d never discourage her children from trying drugs. This comes from a woman who doesn’t watch television, is rumored to not allow her man Akeem to watch it but hey, crack apparently is just fine!
