This morning’s eye candy, actor Kofi Siriboe is from Ghana, residing in Los Angeles and has been chosen just a week before his 21st birthday on March 2nd. You may remember him from his role in The Longshots with Ice Cube, the ABC Family show Lincoln Heights, or MTV’s show Awkward. This summer he will be starring in the NWA biopic, Straight Oughtta Compton.

“It’s based on a couple of kids and their journey. One of them get their kicks stolen by me; I play Flaco the villain,” Siriboe says. “The movie is well written and directed by Justin Tippings. There are great actors in this film.”

For those interested in embarking on a career in the industry, he has the following words:

“Be persistent in the craft. Allow that to be your confidence. Not looking to be validated by someone else completely. If you make sure you’re a great at whatever you do, people cannot notice.”
