Nicki Minaj is in a much different place these days than she appears to have been in recent months. When she Since starting her show on Beats 1 Radio, she seems to have been spending a lot of time throwing jabs at people. Then there’s the beef between her and Cardi B that saw a stiletto flying in her direction. She had a number of grievances aired out about how various people in the industry were treating her. She called out Miley Cyrus as a Perdue chicken but something about this new man of hers seems to have her acting a lot more calm these days. It might be her tweeting about the 3-4 times a night they do it, but in all seriousness, if she didn’t get a man, I don’t know how some of us were going to be able to deal with her ongoing antics.
She’s recently appeared in a collab with Chance the Rapper where she appears to have announced she was pregnant. Now she did it before on air before busting out laughing in February. And last month she tweeted, “For the record; that was iced tea in that lobsterita glass. No alcohol was consumed in the making of our dinner date,” but this time seems a little more serious. In his new song Zanies and Fools that came out today as a part of his newly released album The Big Day, she seemed to have dropped us a clue.
“He the Clyde to my Bonnie, ’bout to walk down the aisle and be a mommy,” she rapped. “Ooh, I remember when I cried like, ‘Why me?’ / Now I wouldn’t exchange my life for Armani.”
If this is true, Go off, Nicki. We remember seeing her posting a video of her in the pool in cat eye makeup shamelessly pointing the camera at her man’s crotch and giving a smug grin. We know what a d*ckmatized look is when we see it. She’s taken pics bent over in front of him and everything, and I’ll tell you one thing, if she isn’t pregnant, carrying on like that, she will be soon. lol
And briefly, for the elephant in the room. When the two of them first got together last December, he was revealed to have served some time for rape. She’s since said that he was 15, she was 16 and they were in a relationship and sarcastically said that as always, the internet knows everything. We can’t find any lies told there because there’s always going to be circumstances that we don’t know about and at the end of the day, does everyone not deserve a second chance? She revealed that she picked up a marriage license last month so whatever issues he has, she’s clearly okay with them and we wish Minaj and her new man, former high school sweethearts now reconnecting, the best of luck together.
