Nicki Minaj’ husband Kenneth Petty’s asking for a judge to allow him to use the internet, a restriction set as punishment for him failing to register as a sex offender in California. Now how he thought he was going to go a full 6 months without letting the state of California know about his move, when he was all boo’ed up with Nicki on social media on the regular, thinking he would get away with it is something else.

Among his list of punishments is a curfew, an ankle monitor to wear and a travel restriction where he can’t leave Southern California until his court date next month. The good news is that prosecutors have said they have no issue with him using the internet. He’s just waiting for a judge to sign off and allow it. Now if he gets to use the internet, as of 2016, the law states all usernames of sex offenders have to be reported to the same law enforcement agency that keeps their address as well.

Now I’m not sure about you, more importantly than following the law, one of the main reasons I think Mr. Petty wants to get on the internet is to start clapping back and letting folks like Wendy Williams have it for talking about him so bad. So long as he doesn’t offer an address to pull up on anyone, which would almost certainly land him in jail, he should be fine. But it’s okay. We wouldn’t mind hearing a little something from Mr. Petty anyway. Everyone deserves a second chance and a voice to their own critics, right?
