Reality television villain Omarosa is showing that she’s still able to rake in the big bucks. She was reported to be joining the cast of Australia’s Big Brother VIP last week by People Magazine. With Sydney’s Olympic Village as the backdrop, Omarosa Manigault Newman and Caitlyn Jenner, also on the cast “are expected to go head-to-head, especially about LGBTQ+ issues,” a People source revealed. Jenner, who left her Governor’s race campaign in California to be on the show, will be getting $500,000 to be on the show. Omarosa’s pay is coming in just a little lower at $450,000. It’s being said that she is being played up as coming in as an intruder on the house. That very much would be on brand for Omarosa.
In other Omarosa news, she’s currently being sued by the Biden administration, in a continuation of a 2 year lawsuit stemming from former President Trump being in office for failure to complete a financial disclosure form. The document in question is the Termination Report which she half filled out and blames the Trump administration for not returning to her the financial documentation she needed to even do it.
“She…made no attempt to file any Termination Report before September 2019, more than a year and a half after it was due and after this litigation was commenced,” DOJ lawyers wrote. “Then, following that submission—in which only half the required fields were even filled out—Defendant made no effort for over a year to correct her submission, despite being promptly advised of its deficiencies…She remains out of compliance with [the Ethics in Government Act] to this day.”
The penalty is over $65,000. She maintains all of this is occurring because she dared to write a book about her time in the White House and called the president a racist leading to her being retaliated against.
As for Big Brother VIP, the show will be airing later in the year.
