Pusha T has come out against Kanye and recent remarks he’s made like asking Jews to forgive Hitler, the White Lives Matter shirts he promoted at a Parish Fashion Week show so it’s no surprise that he would no longer be the head of Kanye’s GOOD Music label. The difference is that Pusha T voluntarily stepped down. He endured years of disagreements with Kanye and lasted 7 years at the top until he says things just became non-negotiable.
In a recent XXL Magazine interview, he referred to Kanye’s Hitler comments, “It’s beyond that and it’s nothing to tap dance around. It’s wrong. Period. But to me, it’s just me and him having a difference of opinion yet again. ’Cause we done had this for years.” He continued, “He’s not speaking to me now. If you ain’t with it, you ain’t down. And I ain’t with it. I’m not budging on that. I’m not with it. I heard about this new stuff [on InfoWars]. I don’t know. It’s something that just sort of tells me he’s not well, at the same time. I will say that. It’s going to places where it’s no way to move around it.”
He says the last time he spoke to Kanye was some time during his recent It’s Almost Dry tour and said Kanye at least appreciated that he didn’t drag his name through the mud publicly like so many others do. “I just expressed myself. I express myself to him a lot,” Pusha said. “He expressed his thoughts to me. And he got off the phone saying, ‘Thank you. I know you don’t agree with me, but you never kill me in the public. And some people can’t wait to do that.’”
In other Kanye news, an elderly man was just attacked in Central Park and the attacker shouted “Kanye 2024” after doing it. “Fuck the Jews. Gas the K—kes. Kanye 2024,” is the exact verbiage that was used according to the NYPD spokesperson to Vice News. The issue here with Kanye is that whether he thinks his words are causing things like this to happen, the fact that people ae using his name to incite violence is at least enough reason for him to openly denounce this behavior. It’s the same issue Trump had. These things would happen and he would either not speak out against it or give some type of muddled response where it wasn’t certain he had a problem with it aat all.
