A bizarre set of events occurred at rapper French Montana’s L.A. home yesterday that resulted in him being hospitalized. The original call was for a robbery, which turned out not to be the case and while the police were there, they noticed he was acting erratically complaining about an upset stomach, nausea and elevated heart rate. An ambulance took him to a San Fernando Valley hospital where he’s been connected to IVs and expected to possibly be home some time this afternoon. Now for what exactly happened that had the police called to his home in the first place under the guise of a home burglary that didn’t happen. Sandra Rose reported that he had a severe reaction to drugs. We’ve seen literally no one else say that but she often takes wild guesses or on what’s going on in a lot of her reporting or simply what she thinks; however she could be on to something.
All of this could have happened because he didn’t want it reported that he was having a type of an overdose, especially since he made headlines for talking about Mac Miller’s drug use, saying he would tell him to stop. It did, however make us wonder how much if any at all he was doing with him, but who knows… They’re in the industry together and it’s not as though they have to be doing drugs together to spend time around each other. But lying about a health condition in a call to police could have made things worse, especially if police weren’t prepared for a health call, that is if that’s what was going on. Another thing is that, as for his history of public statements on drug use, he used to sell cocaine, but we’re not aware of him using any. Whatever happened, we’re sure we’ll be hearing about it soon and we’ll be reporting on it when we do.
