Photo Credit: TD Jakes/InstagramWhen we think of TD Jakes, we typically think about him as the pastor of the 30,000 member mega-church, The Potters House in Dallas that he’s ran nearly the last 30 years. Either that or for allegedly being at Diddy parties as a power bottom. But what may surprise a lot of people is that back in 1999, he released an album of slow jams called Sacred Love Songs with his voice over all the tracks like a Christian Barry White. The album features such jams as Satin Sheets, The Lady, Her Lover and Lord and You Are My Ministry. Now a couple years after this album came out I was in a youth choir as an assistant director and I remember my family buying this album and I know it sits in their collection to this day.
